Under the ongoing review of the regulations pertaining to the technical aspects of Internet’s use, especially those relating to domain names under «. tn», there has been cancellation of all the technical conditions that have been applied so far. This decision is made in order to ensure freedom of choice in the operation and hosting of electronic services under these domain names according to end user’s needs.
The unique regulatory reference, considered for this purpose, remains the current domain names Naming Charter and the legal texts related and/or referring to it.
